There are a great variety of local cafés & restaurants close to Takatu Lodge. We are more than happy to arrange bookings for you. Should you wish we can also arrange for local chefs and caterers to come to you at Takatu, however this is dependent upon numbers and availability, and must be organised during the original booking process.
The option of a delicious supper platter for 2 people is available at $NZ85.00, served in the privacy of the guests suite. The platter is a selection of cheeses, handcrafted relishes & dips, cold meats, Takatu’s own produced olive oil, local artisan breads, fruit, etc.
The Takatu Wine List features New Zealand, Australian and European fine wines. Of course Takatu produces its own award-winning fine white wine Pinot Gris and red Bordeaux style wine Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec. These wines can all be purchased on premise.
